The personal data provided will be processed by DEPORTIVO ALAVES, S.A.D. Paseo de Cervantes s/n 01007 Vitoria (Álava), to maintain contact and communication and to manage the photographing of minors with the starting eleven or during the accompaniment of the players from the tunnel to the dressing room. Such treatment is based on the consent of the legal representatives of minors, which is revocable at any time. The data of the participating minors can only be provided by their legal representatives. Whoever provides them, guarantees to the Club that: 1. is the legal representative of the minor; 2. has the authorization of the other parent not providing the data, exonerating DEPORTIVO ALAVÉS SAD of any responsibility, which is assumed solely and exclusively by the contributor, for not having it; 3. - authorizes the capture and dissemination of audiovisual content of the minor, by any audiovisual media (both in paper and automated format: television, radio, internet, on the Deportivo Alaves website, in their profiles on social networks, memories, etc) to report on the event/activity, document it, and form part of the photographic/videographic memory of the same; 4. - knows that such content is captured in a public event attended by spectators and media, so that third parties outside the Club may capture or disseminate images of minors, on such third parties the Club has no responsibility.
